It’s All in the Details Boutique Named October Business of the Month
The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency is pleased to recognize It’s All in the Details Boutique as the October 2026 Business of the Month.
Owned by Anna Martinez, It’s All in the Details Boutique has become a valued part of Downtown Rock Springs, offering a unique shopping experience while consistently demonstrating a commitment to the Downtown business community.
That commitment extends well beyond the doors of her own business. Martinez is an active participant in Downtown Rock Springs initiatives, serving as chairwoman of the Rock Springs Main Street/URA Promotions Committee, as well as a member of both the Christmas in the Park Committee and Economic Vitality Committee. Through those roles, she volunteers her time and ideas to help promote Downtown, support fellow businesses, plan community events and strengthen the district as a whole.
“I’m proud to be part of Downtown Rock Springs,” Martinez said. “There are incredible people here pouring their hearts into their businesses and showing up for our town, and I’m honored to be recognized among them as Business of the Month.
“I’ll keep doing my part to help Downtown thrive, because every DETAIL matters — the care we put into our shops, the ways we support each other, and the welcome we give our community.”
The monthly Business of the Month program recognizes businesses that go beyond simply opening their doors each day and actively contribute to a stronger, more vibrant Downtown.
Businesses are evaluated using an established scoring rubric that considers several factors, including participation in Downtown events and promotions, community involvement, appearance and upkeep, customer service, marketing efforts, collaboration with other businesses, and overall contributions to the vitality of Downtown Rock Springs.
Community nominations are an important part of the process. Residents, customers and fellow business owners are encouraged to nominate Downtown businesses they believe deserve recognition. Nominations help bring businesses to the attention of the selection committee, which then uses the established rubric to evaluate nominees.
“Anna really embodies what we hope to see from our Downtown businesses,” said Chad Banks, Rock Springs Main Street/URA Manager. “She’s not only investing in her own business; she’s giving her time and energy to help make the entire district successful. Whether she’s helping plan a promotion, working on Christmas in the Park or contributing to our economic vitality efforts, she continually shows up for Downtown.”
Community members are encouraged to nominate deserving Downtown businesses for future Business of the Month honors by contacting the Rock Springs Main Street/URA office at 307-352-1434.
