Announcing the winners of the 2023 Downtown Restaurant Week Top Notch Service Awards!

The Top Notch Service Awards honor employees whose performance exceeds expectations by going above and beyond the job to deliver outstanding customer service or team support and making a positive influence on the business. Patrons were able to nominate individuals for “Front of House” and “Back of House.”

Winners include:

• Front of House : Kevalin Skorcz (Remedies Grill)

• Back of House : Miguel Perez (Mi Ranchito)

With their nominations, individuals were invited to make comments about the nominees. Some of the comments include:

“Kevalin is an incredibly friendly waitress at Remedies Grill. She always greets our family with a smile, quick and helpful service, and coloring pages for the kids. Today, Kevalin suggested the $12 special and encouraged us to participate in Restaurant Week in the downtown area. She quickly and accurately took our order, refilled our drinks, served our food with enthusiasm, and wished us well on the way out the door. We appreciate Kevalin so much and happily nominate her as our favorite staff member for the 5th annual Restaurant Week, 2023.” (on Kevalin Skorcz)
