🌱💚 ROOTED IN ROCK SPRINGS: ROOT TO RISE
There probably couldn’t be a more fitting business for a campaign called Rooted in Rock Springs than one named Root to Rise.
Founded in 2022, Root to Rise began with a commitment to our community and a vision of creating a warm, welcoming place where people of all ages can feel supported.
Root to Rise is a small group therapy practice serving children, adolescents and adults. Their team provides counseling for a wide range of needs, including trauma, anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors and parenting support. They specialize in play therapy, and several members of their team have additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and/or EMDR.
But just as important as the services they provide is the kind of space they’ve worked to create—a place built around connection, trust and community.
And they’re proud to call Downtown home. Root to Rise is located right on South Main Street, across from our iconic yellow train and above Hallmark. They’ve embraced being surrounded by local businesses, community events and all the activity that makes Downtown Rock Springs such a special place.
For the Root to Rise team, that connection goes beyond their address. Since opening their doors, they’ve had the opportunity to work alongside individuals and families throughout our community—whether that means welcoming a child for the first time, helping a teenager through a difficult season, supporting an adult navigating life’s challenges or working together with an entire family.
As they put it, everyone deserves a safe space to talk, grow, work through challenges and feel supported along the way.
That’s a message that fits beautifully with Rooted in Rock Springs. Our local service businesses and professionals are an important part of the fabric of our community. They create jobs, build relationships, occupy and care for our Downtown spaces, and provide services our friends, neighbors and families rely on.
Root to Rise says they’re grateful to call Downtown Rock Springs home and to continue growing alongside the community they serve.
