Jessica Evans Named May 2025 Volunteer of the Month
The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency is proud to recognize Jessica Evans as our May 2025 Volunteer of the Month for her longtime dedication to Downtown Rock Springs and her recent creative contributions to our summer programming.
Jessica put her creative stamp on this summer’s Downtown Scavenger Hunt by designing “Wanted” posters featuring some of Rock Springs’ most notorious outlaws. The project—part of our seasonal Outlaw Scavenger Hunt—offers a fun, free way for kids and families to get outside, explore Downtown, and soak up a little local history. She jumped at the opportunity to blend creativity, history, and community engagement into one unique activity.
A familiar face on the Promotions Team, Jessica has spent the past six years championing Downtown through efforts like the Downtown Guide, a popular resource for all things shopping, dining, and exploring in the heart of the city. She owns Royal Flush Advertising, using her graphic design skills to help local businesses stand out. Most recently, she opened Whiskey Goats Outdoor Co. right in Downtown Rock Springs—because, as she puts it, “for me, no other location made sense.”
When she’s not brainstorming new ideas or supporting fellow business owners, you’ll find her out in the hills or on the water, seeking her next adventure. Her passion for the community runs deep.
“Rock Springs is home,” Jessica says. “As a fifth-generation resident, I’m proud to help make it grow.”
