There’s something especially fitting about a shop called the Wild Hive—because this one really is a collection of local creativity all under one roof.
One of Downtown Rock Springs’ newest businesses, Wild Hive Boutique opened its doors this summer at 718 Pilot Butte Avenue, bringing together unique, beautiful and handcrafted products from local vendors and makers.
The boutique grew out of 307 Family Crafters, a Rock Springs-based handmade business, and you’ll find plenty of their creations inside—from handcrafted soaps, bath and body products and fragrances to cozy handmade blankets and other gift-worthy finds.
But what we especially love about Wild Hive is that it creates an opportunity for other makers and small businesses to grow, too. Its shelves feature products from local vendors, meaning one stop can introduce you to the work of several entrepreneurs from our community.
And that’s exactly the kind of ripple effect we’re talking about with Rooted in Rock Springs.
When you choose a locally owned boutique, you aren’t simply buying a candle, blanket, self-care item or gift. You’re supporting the person who opened the storefront, the makers whose products fill it, and a new business that chose to invest right here in Rock Springs.
