February Volunteer of the Month Honored: Anna Martinez
The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency (URA) is proud to recognize Anna Martinez as the Volunteer of the Month for February, celebrating her creativity, generosity, and commitment to enhancing the Downtown experience.
Anna, an entrepreneur in Downtown Rock Springs, is being honored for donating her time and talent to help decorate The Loft, the newly completed lounge space on the second floor of the historic Broadway Theater. Her design touches and eye for detail helped transform the space into a warm, stylish environment that patrons can enjoy before performances and during special events.
Anna is the owner of two successful Downtown ventures: a charming Airbnb and It’s All in the Details Boutique. She opened her Airbnb in June 2020 and followed it later that year with the boutique, both of which have quickly become welcoming and creative additions to the Downtown community.
Outside of her businesses, Anna enjoys traveling the country on the back of a Harley, spending time in the mountains, and doing what she loves most — decorating and reimagining spaces. A self-described decorating enthusiast, Anna especially loves transforming spaces for the holidays, with Halloween and Christmas being her favorites.
Anna has shared life with her partner, Jerod, for more than 25 years.
“The energy and style she brought to decorating The Loft at the Broadway Theater have transformed the space into something magical for our patrons. Her commitment as a volunteer goes above and beyond, and we are so grateful for her passion,” said Danielle Salas, Marketing, Events and Theater Coordinator.
The Rock Springs Main Street/URA is grateful for volunteers like Anna who help bring creativity, energy, and community pride to the heart of the city.
