My Own Downtown - Rushmore Furniture

    It’s easy to get attached to Downtown Rock Springs.

    The staff at Rushmore Furniture agree that it’s the “heart of the town.”

     Amber Roccabruna added, “Our business neighbors are our friends and we’re all rooting for each other.”

     They pointed out that the business owners in Downtown contribute a great deal to the community.

     “There is a wide variety of stores and services in Downtown,” Amber expressed. “All of the Downtown merchants want to see our community prosper and benefit from our services.”

     The crew at Rushmore Furniture concurred that “Downtown is where it’s at!”

     Amber mentioned, “It all happens in Downtown – parades, Rock Springs High School celebrations, Blues and Brews and International Days.”

     “One summer, I remember watching the Budweiser Clydesdales stroll up the street right in front of our store,” she shared. “We’ve got a front row seat to many events in Downtown.”

     Even though businesses are facing a few challenges now, they refuse to give up without a fight.

     “Even during this unprecedented and uncertain time, I know Downtown will continue to thrive,” Amber said. “We’ve already adapted in ways to ensure that we can serve our customers’ needs safely. We will always support each other especially when times get hard.”

     The team at Rushmore Furniture is looking forward to welcoming new business neighbors in the future.

     “If someone seriously wants to open a business, we’d encourage them to consider Downtown,” Amber pointed out. “Downtown really is the heart of Rock Springs. There will always be trying times and in those times, it’s nice to be surrounded by supportive neighbors.”

     …And that’s why Downtown Rock Springs is my own Downtown.
