The Rock Springs Main Street/Urban Renewal Agency (URA) Business of the Month Award recognizes outstanding local businesses that go above and beyond in service, community involvement, and dedication to Downtown. Each month, one business is selected and celebrated for helping make Downtown a vibrant, welcoming place to shop, dine, and connect.
Eligible nominees must be located within one of Downtown Rock Springs’ three districts: the Las Américas Hispanic District, the Railside Arts & Culture District, or the Park District.
Winners receive a full suite of recognition, including a traveling sandwich board, Business of the Month flag, window cling, and permanent trophy. They’ll also be featured through social media, local press, and in-person recognition—and automatically qualify for the annual Downtown Business of the Year Award.
Nominations are open year-round and reviewed by a committee using a standardized scoring process to ensure fairness and variety in selections.
