Join Grounded Moon for a peaceful Floating Sound Bath at the Civic Center pool. Settle onto your supported air mattress, close your eyes, and allow the gentle movement of the water and the surrounding sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create a moment of stillness.
This 45-minute experience invites you to step away from the shopping, schedules, expectations, and noise of the season.
For one evening, there’s nothing you need to accomplish. Just float, listen, and rest.

What to Know:
* No swimming required. You remain on top of the water and generally stay dry, although your feet may get wet entering or exiting.
* Wear whatever comfortable clothing you prefer.
* Air mattress and eye pillow provided.
* Bring a light blanket if you’d like (it may get damp).
* Certified lifeguards on duty.
* Advance registration required. Limited spaces available.
