Join Grounded Moon for a unique Floating Sound Bath at the Civic Center pool. You’ll rest comfortably on a supported air mattress, floating gently on the water while surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments.
This 45-minute experience is an opportunity to disconnect from daily demands, quiet your mind, and make space for yourself.

What to Know:
* No swimming required. You remain on top of the water and generally stay dry, although your feet may get wet entering or exiting.
* Wear whatever comfortable clothing you prefer.
* Air mattress and eye pillow provided.
* Bring a light blanket if you’d like (it may get damp).
* Certified lifeguards on duty.
* Advance registration required. Limited spaces available.
