Sweetwater Plein Air Competition

The public is invited to watch as participating artists paint in Downtown Rock Springs and Bunning Park from 9 am to 2 pm. A public reception and silent auction will place at 4 pm at the Community Fine Arts Center from 4 pm to 5 pm.
