Christmas Bingo - Residents and visitors are invited to play Downtown Christmas Bingo, sponsored by the 307 Real Estate Group. Bingo sheets will be available on Facebook, at the Rock Springs Urban Renewal Office, Community Fine Arts Center, Rock Springs Library, Chamber of Commerce, Rock Springs Historical Museum and HERE. When players get a bingo, they can stop by the URA office for a special treat.
Plaid Rock Hunt - Those who find plaid rocks around Downtown Rock Springs will be asked to post it on the Downtown Rock Springs Facebook and/or Instagram page, turn it into the Urban Renewal Agency office (603 South Main Street – the historic freight station) and be entered to win prizes.
Christmas Gift Show (November 29 & 30, 11 am to 4 pm, Bunning Hall) 24 vendors will have a variety of gift ideas for you. FREE admission.
Plaid Friday (November 29)
Plaid Friday celebrates the diversity and creativity of local and independently owned businesses – it will be a fun and enjoyable alternative to the big box store “Black Friday” consumer frenzy. This event will be sponsored by First Bank. The first 100 shoppers in First Bank on November 29 will receive a FREE plaid shopping bag. Be sure to snap a pic with their special selfie station. Living Windows (December 14, 11 am to 2 pm). Talented locals will present living window displays around Downtown Rock Springs.
Polar Express (December 20 - 6 pm, December 21, 2 pm, Broadway Theater) sponsored by WyoRadio and Infinity Power and Controls. Admission is just $5. Pajamas are encouraged and all children will receive a gift bag. There will also be a visit from an extraordinary visitor.
